Within a day after receiving your merchandise, start the return process. Contact us via email at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +91 80156 31453.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo.
Don’t forget to save the original invoice and tags.

Only products with manufacturing flaws or problems with quality are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns for issues only related to dimensions (size concerns; please refer to the size charts supplied for each product if there are none; if in question, contact us once). or color of the product. Although every attempt is made to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors and designs may differ slightly because of various factors like the material’s nature, product finishes changing over time, lighting conditions in the installation location, and device screen settings.

The replacement or exchange product will be mailed to your address when the original product or products have been received at our facilities and the quality check has been completed. You may follow the delivery of the replacement/exchange order on the same order details page.

Refund

If a product is being returned, the refund procedure will start as soon as we have it back at our facility and have finished all quality assurance and verification on our end. Depending on the payment method the consumer used while submitting the order, the refund method may change. In the case of replacements/exchanges, no refund will be issued; instead, the new product(s) will be shipped to the customer only after the original product(s) has/have been returned and minimum shipping charges will be collected in case of exchanges !!!

All products purchased during sales are considered final sales and not eligible for returns.

Cancellation

The order once placed cannot be cancelled . NO modification /cancel your order is not possible if your payment is confirmed .
